TO MASIL FOR PICS AND
REPORT !
Kleines Vorwort:
Letzten Freitag spielte Sven Väth im WOMB in Tokyo. Masil erklärte
sich bereit ein paar Bilder zu schiessen, leider hat es mit der offiziellen
Photoerlaubnis nicht geklappt. Trotzdem schmuggelte Masil die Kamera mit in
den Club und schoss ein paar Pics für uns. Anbetracht der starken Security-Kontrollen
im Club (siehe frühere Berichte von mir) echt mutig. Deswegen gibt's
vom großen Meister selbst leider nur ein einziges dunkles Bild. Dafür
aber nette Shots von Tokyo-Partypeoples ! Von hier aus noch mal vielen herzlichen
Dank (domo arigatou gozaimashita) an Masil. Japanische Partyreports (fall

Masil's Report:
"Sven holded up his hands in the air, the audience did the same. He was like GOD. We just obeyed his order."
It's been for over 1 year since Sven Vath came to Japan to play at the biggest in-door rave party in Japan, WIRE00. It's famous also in Japan that
Sven has ever played for 32 hours (!).
This time, he played for 6 hours at the party PLANET TWILO at Womb, a famous club in Shibuya, Tokyo. Everybody must have thought Sven's "6 hours" were TOO short.
The party started from 22h. This party was supported by "X-girl", cool fashion brand for girls in Japan. Because of it, there were so many young
girls wearing COOL clothes.
Sven, with the new hair style for us Japanese, had controled the audience completely with his spinning from the beginning. He played Hard Minimal, sometimes like GIGOLO sound, sometimes Progressive House or Trance.
The Womb light system were so great. The laser beem were too strong, but it was really cool. As Sven holded up his hands in the air, the audience
did the same. He was like GOD. We just obeyed his order.
At the second floor - downstairs from the main floor, the second DJ played nice sound, minimal sometimes Jazzy. That was good. After 5h, the party began to climax with the strong laserbeem as before.
And then Sven took off his headphone, finally the party ends. Sven seemed like he wanted to spin more. And also we wanted him to spin more and more, maybe until noon. As we thought, Sven's "6 hours" were too short. But his play was really great.
